After Cardinal Pia Arrabo is freed from imprisonment, he returns to earth to track down his ex-girlfriend, Alema Gindo and her two children, a set of fraternal twins who could destroy the entire world.  While the family is on vacation, Pia shows up and demands that Alema give up her kids, or he will unleash their Universal Powers on the realm of men and spell certain doom for all humanity.
